New Email System

Aloha,

We are pleased to inform you that Maui Gateway is migrating email services to a new state of the art system this month.

This migration will introduce you to a vastly improved Webmail experience. For those not using Webmail, it offers new security, easier connections and greater stability.

 

Important Details

 

We will:

• Setup new mailboxes with your aliases, and optional mailbox-forward rules
• Transfer personal address books and calendars
• Synchronize mailbox folders and messages to the new platform
• Decommission the old platform on March 4th

 

All users not using Webmail need to:

 

Check and maybe change your  email program settings to be able to connect to the new servers, CLICK HERE for mauigateway settings.

 

• Log in to your mailbox before the end of February to join the priority queue for mailbox sync
• Webmail users need to use full email address to login, not just the user name.  The new screens will be much improved though.

 

Note: If you do not login to your mailbox before the end of February, you will need to reset your password to gain access to the mailbox on the new platform. You will have access to your new messages after 4th March but may temporarily be without access to older messages while the mail-sync completes.
