There has been a new update to the software in the email processing center.
This update requires some email accounts to be updated in order to receive new messages. Sometimes the program may also display an "invalid password" message.
Go to the "Email Settings (or Preferences) section of your computer or phone. You will have to change the Username in the "Incoming & Outgoing Server" settngs to your whole email address like "jojo@maui.net", not just "jojo".
Then look for the field of your email program (MacMail, Outlook, Thunderbird, iPhone, etc) that shows "Incoming Server" or "Host Name"
For POP accounts it should say "pop.maui.net". If not, then change it.
For IMAP accounts it should say "imap.maui.net". If not, then change it.
If you don't want to work with the settings, you can always use your browser to go to http://webmail.maui.net and send and receive from the Maui Net email program . All email has been received and stored there and is accessible directly from the server using Webmail which has no issues.

Due to staffing shortage, our telephone support will be Monday - Friday from 9:00 am - 5:00 pm There will be no after hours or weekend telephone support until further notice.
You can email or leave a voice message and we will return your call during regular business hours, Monday - Friday 9AM - 5PM.
There is an issue with the email server after an update.
Some accounts are unable to receive messages although most can send.
The engineers are working on the issue but have no ETA as yet.
A work around until the issue is resolved is to go to http://webmail.maui.net or http://webmail.mauigateway and send and
receive from there. All email has been received and is accessible
directly from the server using Webmail.
