How To Order High Speed Internet
- Choose & Signup for a High Speed Internet Account
Signup for a High Speed Internet Account.
- Submitting Your Application To Hawaiian Telecom
Once Maui Net receives your High Speed Internet application, we will forward the information to Hawaiian Telecom to test the availability of High Speed Internet for your location. Upon verification, your phone line will be connected to one of our High Speed Internet circuits. We will inform you of this installation date. Should High Speed Internet not be available for your location, we will inform you and no charges will be made to you.
- High Speed Internet Modem
Refurbished, High speed Internet modems are available from Maui Net in limited quantity for $35.00. Brand new, High Speed Internet modems are also available for $79.95. Standard Hawaii General Excise Tax shall apply to all prices.
- Ethernet Card
To use High Speed Internet service, your computer will need to have a 10 Base-T Ethernet Card. More often than not, a 10/100 Ethernet Card will also work. You may purchase through Maui Net at additional cost.
- Maui Net High Speed Internet Setup
When the Hawaiian Telecom installation date rolls around, call Maui Net's Tech Support at your local island number and press Option 5. A technician will have your specific TCP/IP settings and will be happy to walk you through the process on your computer to get you connected. You may also click HERE for detailed instructions on configuring your computer. Print and follow the instructions, entering your IP Address, etc.
- Your High Speed Internet service is now live.
