Voluntary Suspension of Services Request Form


Your account balance must be paid in full to take advantage of this service. For current account balance information, please call 875-2535, option 3. Payments may be made online at www.billpay.maui.net.

This request voluntarily suspends all Maui Net services for up to 90 days (30-day minimum). Maui Net will continue to maintain your logon name and e-mail box for this period of time. You will not be billed for the time your account is on voluntary suspension, however, your account will be rendered inaccessible until after 3:00PM on the date of reactivation. Accounts are voluntarily suspended, and re-activated Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM, and on Saturday from 9:30 AM to 2:30 PM, excluding holidays (sorry, requests to start/stop services at specific times cannot be honored). Requests received after these times will be processed the next business day.

All e-mail sent to you during the voluntary suspension period will be stored in your Inbox for you to read once your account is reactivated.

All accounts are subject to closure after the maximum 90 day voluntary suspension period. You may call us at any time to reactivate your account earlier than the suspension end date. If no end date is noted and the account is not reactivated within 90 days, it will be closed by default.
