This request voluntarily suspends all Maui Net services for up to 90 days (30-day minimum). Maui Net will continue to maintain your logon name and e-mail box for this period of time. You will not be billed for the time your account is on voluntary suspension, however, your account will be rendered inaccessible until after 3:00PM on the date of reactivation. Accounts are voluntarily suspended, and re-activated Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM, and on Saturday from 9:30 AM to 2:30 PM, excluding holidays (sorry, requests to start/stop services at specific times cannot be honored). Requests received after these times will be processed the next business day.
All e-mail sent to you during the voluntary suspension period will be stored in your Inbox for you to read once your account is reactivated.
